Equine Advocates & Henry Street Settlement on ABC Eyewitness News

We are so pleased to share with you a wonderful news story done by Veteran ABC Eyewitness News reporter, Lauren Glassberg, who had visited Equine Advocates Rescue & Sanctuary to film a report about the very special partnership betweeen Equine Advocates and the Henry Street Settlement. We have jointly developed a program to benefit many disadvantaged New Yorkers. In Ms. Glassberg's wonderful and heartfelt piece, "Homeless kids visit horses," she reported on how these rescued horses help to bring joy and a sense of wonder to many of the inner city children who live at the Henry Street Settlement Shelter in New York City. We plan to continue and grow this program in 2012.
