Gal, a registered Standardbred, passed away on July 27, 2010. She was an aged mare who was rescued in 2001 along with a Palomino gelding, Diamond, who had been used as a bucking bronco at a rodeo. Diamond was retrained and adopted, but Gal stayed with us. She was the sweetest horse and we and her best buddy, Charlie Horse, an Arabian, will sorely miss her.
