The Main Barn contains 23 stalls where the residents with physical issues or other special needs are housed. Each stall measures 12' x 12', providing plenty of room for a horse to lie down and move around. A stall occupant has free access to one of the small paddocks adjacent to the barn where they can socialize with their neighbors. The Feed Room and the Medicine Room are located in the barn and upstairs is the Hay Loft, which looks as big as a football field, where the barn cats rule the roost.

A stall in the Main Barn can be dedicated for $5,000.
