3. Single or Recurring Donations by Mail : Complete our Donation Form for single or recurring donations and pay by check or credit card.

4. Single or Recurring Donations by Phone : Call us at 518-245-1599 with your credit card information for single or recurring donations and we will be pleased to take your information over the phone.
