Nick arrived at the sanctuary with Jeremy as they were both rescued during the same police raid back in 2007. Equine Advocates sent them to a hospital where they remained for three weeks. They were treated for extreme emaciation & neglect. Nick and Jeremy are the best of friends and share a two-stall barn structure. Their paddock adjoins a large pasture that they share with several other horses in "Bobby & the Heartbreakers" field.  |
