Ceci Divine is a gorgeous Registered Thoroughbred mare born on March 29, 2005 in Virginia. She raced under the name “Royal Citadel” 12 times but was not interested in being a racehorse. She clearly had been bred, but still ended up in a kill pen. Fortunately, Ceci was saved! She arrived at the sanctuary on May 31, 2018. She is truly a remarkable mare who seems to love her life here in the company of other mares in our “Girl Power” pasture.
