We are pleased to share with you the third video from our 2014 American Equine Summit featuring Victoria McCullough, International Equestrian, Philanthropist and Owner of Chesapeake Petroleum. Victoria’s dedication, work and involvement led to Vice President Joe Biden adding language to defund horse slaughter to the 2014 Omnibus Bill that was signed by President Obama on January 17, 2014.
