Casey, a Miniature Donkey, was born at the sanctuary on April 30, 2007. Casey’s dam, Pat, was pregnant with Casey at the time of her rescue from an upstate New York animal park that closed in 2006. Sadly, Pat passed away on January 29, 2013. Casey is an absolute joy! He resides on “Pony Hill” with another miniature donkey and three miniature horses.
