Sir Paul
From: $50.00 / month
Sir Paul is a Miniature Horse born in 2011. He was placed under our care in December of 2024, along with his stablemate Little Richard, a Miniature Mule. Sir Paul is one of many miniature equines who have come to the sanctuary over the years. In his particular case, it was important not to separate him from Little Richard, who was feral and needed a lot of special handling. The two are best friends, and we felt keeping them together as they adjusted to sanctuary life benefited them both. In general, miniatures are very popular. Many people think of them as baby animals due to their small sizes and irresistible cuteness. However, that is not enough to protect them from abuse or ending up at low-end auctions. Rescuing a miniature equine or adopting one from organizations with adoption programs can be extremely rewarding if you have the proper facilities and experience to provide them with a loving home.
Sir Paul is a Blue Roan and is just beautiful to look at, and is completely adorable. As we do not know his date of birth, we will celebrate his birthday on March 1st in honor of National Horse Protection Day.
