Live on air – It’s Equine Advocates!
We’re thrilled to welcome Radio Woodstock 100.1 WDST to the sanctuary this summer so they can join in on the fun during our Public Open Days. On June 7th and September 13th, DJ Greg Gattine will broadcast live from the Main Barn from 11 AM – 1 PM EST. He’ll interview guests and members of Equine Advocates staff, including EA President Susan Wagner. The good news is you can listen to this broadcast live from anywhere in the country through Radio Woodstock’s website.
June Open Day Update: Check out these photos from our June Open Day. Greg Gattine interviewed some of our wonderful Equine Sponsors and our president and founder, Susan Wagner, who discussed the very serious Wild Horse crisis happening now in regards to the “One Big Beautiful Bill.” If passed, it would slash funding for the Bureau of Land Management’s Wild Horse and Burro program and put the lives of more than 64,000 federally protected wild equines at risk.
